はじめまして。さくらです。東京しゅっしんで、今はアメリカの大学で日本語をおしえています。いっしょにたのしく日本語をべんきょうしましょう。クラスであえるのをたのしみにしています！
Hello！My name is Sakura. I was born in Fukuoka and raised in Tokyo. I have over five years experience teaching Japanese with a Master's Degree of Second Language Teaching. I have been teaching introductory to intermediate level Japanese at a university in the U.S. In class it will be your safe place where I will help you improve your Japanese by practicing fun conversations and giving you a lot of encouragement. レッスン/Lessons 

ひらがな/Hiragana
カタカナ/Katakana 
Japanese is a unique language that has three writing systems.You might think that you can learn hiragana/ katakana on your own, however, there are many rules, such as spelling, reading, and the use of three different writing systems. Understanding these at the beginning of the learning stage will help facilitate your progress.

かいわとぶんぽう/Conversation practice with focusing on a target grammer
1.過去形/Past tense
「きのうなにをしましたか。(What did you do yesterday?)」 is one of the common conversation topics. But do you realy enjoy talking about this topic? Practice past tense conjugations (affermative /negative) more to increase accuracy. Use effective follow-up questions to expand your convesation so thet you can enjoy it more!
2.形容詞/Adjectives
Learn/review two types of Japanese adjectives. Practice to discribe things belong you (your town, room, school, office, etc) or people around you.
3.今までにしたこと（経験）/Experience
”Ta-form+ことがある”を使って、いままでにしたことを話しましょう。What kind of Japanese food have you tried? Where have you been in Japan? Talk about your experience using 'Ta-form +したことがある”. 
4.予定や計画/future plans
「するつもり」「しようとおもう」「します」を使ってお休みの日の予定について話しましょう。
5.敬語/Honorific expressions
尊敬語と謙譲語の使い分けがむずかしいと思っていませんか。ロールプレイなどをしながら練習しましょう。One of the hardest aspects of honorific expressions is determining whether to use honorific or humble form depending on the situation or the relationship with the person you are talking to. Practice appropriate honorific expressions while imagining situations that are likely happend.

文法のまちがいをあまり気にしないでたくさん話しましょう。プレゼンテーションの練習や口頭試験の練習もできます。

わたしについて/About me
アウトドアアクティビティが大好きで、夏はゴルフやマウンテンバイクや魚釣りをします。犬といっしょにハイキングにもよく行きます。キャンプも大好きです。冬は犬といっしょにクロスカントリースキーをしたり、アイスフィッシングをします。
旅行も大好きです。今までに台湾、シンガポール、タイ、ベトナム、マレーシア、インドネシア、ブータン、オーストラリア、イギリス、フランス、メキシコなどいろいろな国に行きました。
自由会話のレッスンでみなさんと旅行の話をするのを楽しみにしています。
