こんにちは。Kazです。
みなさんが、楽（たの）しく日本語（にほんご）を学（まな）べるよう、
お手伝（てつだ）いさせていただきます。
ひとりひとりに合（あ）ったレッスン（れっすん）を目指（めざ）しますので、よろしくおねがいします！
Hi, my name is Kaz.
I’d be happy to help you have fun while learning Japanese.
I’ll be trying to offer lessons suitable for everyone.

レッスンのおおまかな内容（ないよう）と自己紹介（じこしょうかい）を、以下（いか）にまとめました。
Here is a description of my lessons and my self-introduction.

レッスン内容（れっすんないよう）　　What You Can Learn in My Lessons
カジュアル（かじゅある）な会話表現（かいわひょうげん）、
ていねいな話（はな）し方（かた）、敬語（けいご）…。　
日本語では話すときでも書（か）くときでも、
どんな人（ひと）に、何（なに）を伝（つた）えるかによって、
言（い）い方が変（か）わります。
場面（ばめん）にふさわしい日本語を学（まな）びましょう。
Casual conversation,
speaking in a polite way,
keigo…　
Japanese expressions vary depending on the situation,
such as the person you are speaking to,
when and where, whether in spoken or written form.
Learn appropriate ways of speaking Japanese.

●話（はな）す　Speaking
　・フリートーク（ふりーとーく）…テーマ（てーま）あり、なしどちらもＯＫ。
おしゃべりしながら、よく使（つか）う日本語をみにつけましょう。
間違（まちが）いは気（き）にしないで！
Let’s learn common phrases while having a daily conversation. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes!
・面接（めんせつ）…就職・入学（しゅうしょく・にゅうがく）の面接（めんせつ）や、職場（しょくば）での面談（めんだん）などを練習（れんしゅう）。
イントネーション（いんとねーしょん）や発音（はつおん）、
発言内容（はつげんないよう）もみていきます。
練習しておけば、安心（あんしん）です。
Practice for job interviews,
entrance exam interviews,
interviews with your boss, etc.
I’ll check your intonation, pronunciation,
and speech content so that you can be well-prepared.
・ロールプレイ（ろーるぷれい）…店（みせ）、レストラン（れすとらん）、
駅（えき）など、いろいろな場面（ばめん）の会話を練習しましょう。
客（きゃく）とスタッフ（すたっふ）など、
ふたつのパート（ぱーと）に分（わ）かれてトライ（とらい）！
We’ll practice dialogs in a variety of settings,
such as stores, restaurants, stations.
Try a roleplay as a customer or a staff member.

●書（か）く　Writing
・文（ぶん）を書く・チェック（ちぇっく）する…文章（ぶんしょう）
づくりをサポート（さぽーと）、または書いた文をチェックします。
手紙（てがみ）、メール（めーる）、学校（がっこう）の課題（かだい）、
ビジネス（びじねす）の文もOK！
I’ll help you with your writings.
I can help you with various types of writings,
including letters, emails, school assignments,
and business documents.

●読（よ）む　Reading
　・記事（きじ）、メールなど、いろいろな文を読んで、内容を理解（りかい）するレッスンです。単語（たんご）や慣用句（かんようく）の

意味（いみ）を確認（かくにん）しながら、全体（ぜんたい）の内容を理解。ご自分（じぶん）で用意（ようい）した教材（きょうざい）を

レッスンで使うこともできます。
In this lesson, we will practice
reading comprehension by reading
various types of passages, such as articles and mails.
Let’s grasp the whole passage
and check the meaning of words and idioms.
You are welcome to bring your own reading materials
 to use in the lesson.

●日本語に関（かん）する疑問・質問（ぎもん・しつもん）
　Questions about the Japanese Language
・単語や文の意味…わからないこときいてください。
好（す）きなアイドル（あいどる）のSNS、まんがの
セリフ（せりふ）、新聞（しんぶん）記事、何（なん）でもOK。
You can ask questions about Japanese.
Your favorite idol's SNS, manga lines,
or news articles, anything is OK!

　・翻訳・校正（ほんやく・こうせい）…仕事で日本語を扱っているけど、うまく訳せない、意味がわからない、自然な日本語

なのか知りたいなどの疑問を、いっしょに解決しましょう。
If you have difficulty translating, proofreading,
or understanding Japanese,
or if you want to know if a text sounds natural,
I can help you.

●日本での生活（せいかつ） How to Live in Japan
・日本人（にほんじん）とのつき合（あ）い方や職場（しょくば）の習慣（しゅうかん）など、生活（せいかつ）で困（こま）ったことも
ご相談（そうだん）ください！
I could give you some advice
if you have any concerns about cultural differences
or how to have a good relationship
with Japanese people.

これらはほんの一例です。
上に挙げたことのいくつかを組み合わせたり、
わからない点だけ質問したりしても大丈夫です！
ご自分で使いたいテキストがある場合は、お知らせください。

わたしのこと　My Background
神奈川県、横浜市出身。
大学（だいがく）では経済（けいざい）などを専攻（せんこう）し、
お菓子（かし）メーカーに就職（しゅうしょく）しました。
退職後（たいしょくご）、編集（へんしゅう）の会社（かいしゃ）に転職（てんしょく）し、
書籍（しょせき）や雑誌（ざっし）などを作（つく）りましたが、
そのごはフリーのライターとして活動（かつどう）し、
同時（どうじ）に塾講師（じゅくこうし）や
家庭教師（かていきょうし）なども始（はじ）めました。
近年（きんねん）は、英会話講師（えいかいわこうし）や
英語（えいご）の翻訳（ほんやく）チェッカーをつとめ、
それまでの経験（けいけん）すべてを生（い）かしつつ、
英語教材（えいごきょうざい）の編集（へんしゅう）にかかわり、
英語（えいご）と日本語の校正（こうせい）をしています。
海外（かいがい）はこれまで、タイ、グアム、香港（ほんこん）、
アメリカ、ベトナム、カンボジア、イタリアに行（い）ったことがあります。どこもすばらしく、食（た）べ物（もの）も最高（さいこう）でした！

時間（じかん）があるときは家（いえ）で映画（えいが）を見（み）たり、
パンを焼（や）いたり、猫と遊んだりしています。
音楽（おんがく）はロックやポップスが大好（だいす）きです。
I am originally from Yokohama,　Kanagawa.
After graduating from a school of commerce
at college in Tokyo, I joined a food company.
After leaving that job, I changed jobs and worked
as an editor for magazines and books at an editorial office.
Later, I started working as a freelance writer
and taught English to students of all ages,
both at cram schools and as a tutor.
In recent years, I’ve taught English
and reviewed English translations and now,
I am involved in publishing English textbooks
as an English/Japanese proofreader,
making use of all my job experiences.
I’ve been to Thailand, Guam, Hong Kong,
the US, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Italy.
All were attractive and the food were great!
In my free time, I enjoy watching movies,
baking bread and playing with my cat at home.
I love music, especially pop music and rock.
